1. End lift lockdown

After a cam or exhaust job, the bike often sits on the lift while someone hunts a file. Square footage is money. Find My Tune takes the VIN plus the cam and exhaust on the bike and returns a matching Precision Basemap to flash. The bike can start and roll off so the next mechanical job can take that lift.

2. Shorten the dyno, do not skip it

A generic file makes the tuner build volumetric-efficiency tables from scratch — heat, fuel, roller wear, and your most skilled tech for hours. A Precision Basemap comes from a real dyno session for that parts combination, so the dyno is for weather, fuel, and the last refinement. It must still be dyno tuned for best results.

3. Flash without waiting on one guru

JCES™ evaluates the VIN, tuner, and installed parts so an intermediate tech can flash the cataloged file. That does not replace a master tuner on the dyno. The same matching rules run for every published file.

Example, not a promise: five upgrade jobs a week, two hours recovered on sourcing and troubleshooting, at $120–$150/hour is $1,200–$1,500 a week in recovered labor — plus room to book more work. Type 20 maps/month and 2.00 hours in the calculator to see that week. Clearing the lift Friday still beats hunting a file until next week.
